During my time at VERAFIED, I was responsible for leading social media efforts across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. My primary goal was to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and grow our audience organically. In addition, I managed influencer outreach, content creation, and customer relationships.

- Target Audience -

We targeted both men and women, but primarily women, aged 18-35, who valued timeless style. Our audience was interested in high-quality, minimalist fashion, and they used their outfits to express their attitude and power. This demographic sought a chic, effortless look while maintaining a sense of individuality and confidence through their fashion choices.

- Platform Selection & Content Strategy -

  • Instagram: Chosen for its visual nature and strong fashion community, perfect for brand building and influencer collaborations. I curated a mix of lifestyle and product-focused content with a clean, chic aesthetic that matched VERAFIED’s brand identity.

  • TikTok: Selected for its high engagement potential and trend-driven content discovery, allowing for a more playful and viral approach. I experimented with short, dynamic videos, aiming to catch viral trends while maintaining authenticity.

  • YouTube & Pinterest: Supplementary platforms to extend our reach, focused on video content and product mood board.

  • Influencer Collaborations: I managed partnerships with over 80 global influencers, focusing on gifting collaborations to drive content creation and brand advocacy.

- Results -

  • Instagram: Grew followers from 80k to 159k, a 98.75% increase

  • TikTok: Grew followers from 12k to 61k, a 408.33% increase

  • Content Performance: Achieved an average of 20k views per Instagram Reel/TikTok video. More than 3 TikTok videos exceeded 1M views, significantly amplifying brand exposure.

  • Engagement Rate: Notable increases in likes, comments, and shares across both platforms

  • Successful influencer collaborations that resulted in high-quality content exchange partnerships, further increasing brand visibility.

  • Maintained a consistent brand presence and managed customer relationships on TikTok, responding to queries and fostering community.
